Kenneth Ell has been in the UV lamp manufacturing industry since 1976, beginning his career with Voltarc Tubes in Fairfield, Connecticut.  Ken was a founding partner at Light Sources in the 1980s.  In 1994, he founded First Light Technologies and was responsible for the operation until May 2020.  Ken has successfully created a manufacturing operation producing over 10k lamps per week by partnering with and supplying to leading UV equipment manufacturers both worldwide and industrywide including:

residential and commercial air treatment

drinking, waste, recreational and ultrapure water treatment

food and beverage manufacturing

medical testing
